INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF YOUR VEHICLE (i) For any purchase of a new Citroën vehicle ordered from July 1, 2023, the Connect One Pack (for a period of 10 years) and the Connect Plus Pack (included with the purchase of your Citroën for a period of 12 months from from the manufacturer's warranty date) are included in the price.

Remote maintenance
Drive safely thanks to this service which alerts you in the event of a problem or maintenance on your vehicle.
SOS & Assistance (i) Connect SOS and support services for radio navigation systems using a personal SIM card: For vehicles built before 2016, equipped with radio navigation systems using a personal SIM card installed by the customer on the dedicated radio slot , the SOS Connected and Assistance services will stop working. Due to the technical obsolescence of the platform beyond our control, leading to additional security risks and data breach vulnerabilities, we have no choice but to decommission these services from January 1, 2024. Contracts subject to subscription are not affected. Please see the FAQ section for more information.

How to download MyCitroën?

  1. On your smartphone, go to Apple Store or Google Play depending on your OS
  2. In the search bar, enter “MyCitroën”
  3. Click on the MyCitroën application, then on “Download”

Now is the time to create a MyCitroën account.

Prerequisites

First, you must download the MyCitroën application.

1. Create a MyCitroën account

In the MyCitroën application:

  • Select “Register”
  • Fill out the form (email address, password, gender, last name, first name) and validate

  • At the top right, select “Connection” then “Create your MyCitroën account”
  • Fill out the form (email address, password, gender, last name, first name) and validate

2. Activate your account

  • In your mailbox, open the email you just received
  • Select “Activate your MyCitroën account”
  • Confirm

3. Log in to your account

  • In the MyCitroën application, select “Connect”
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Accept and validate

Now it's time to connect MyCitroën to your vehicle.

How to connect MyCitroën to your vehicle?

First, you must download the MyCitroën application, then create a MyCitroën account.

It only takes 10 minutes. Inside your vehicle and with your smartphone, follow this tutorial video, or these steps:

 

1. In the MyCitroën application:

  • Select “Add Vehicle”
  • Enter your VIN vehicle number (learn more here)
  • Enter your mileage, then validate
  • In “My Services,” select a service, then enter your phone number
  • Enter the security code that you just received by SMS, then validate. Create a 4-digit PIN code, then validate
  •  

2. Then inside your vehicle and with your smartphone:

  • In your smartphone settings, activate Bluetooth (learn more here) and pair your vehicle as a new device (learn more here), and accept the Terms of Service
  • On your vehicle's dashboard, select “Connect a phone”, select your smartphone, and confirm
  • On your smartphone, enter the code displayed on your vehicle's dashboard
  • On your vehicle’s dashboard, select “telephone” and “audio streaming”, then validate
  •  

3. A confirmation message will appear on the home page of your MyCitroën application. Then you will have to:

  • Turn off your vehicle's engine for 5 minutes
  • Allow data sharing in your vehicle
  • Drive for at least 15 minutes to launch the connection between your vehicle and MyCitroën

 

Once completed, you will receive an email confirming that your connected services are activated and can be used.

Now is the time to activate and use your Connect ONE pack and Connect PLUS pack.

Activate or renew a pack

Prerequisites

First, you must download the MyCitroën application, create a MyCitroën account, then connect MyCitroën to your vehicle.

1. Activate the Connect One pack

In the MyCitroën application:

  • In the “My services” section, select a service
  • A window opens: select “Activate now”
  • Read the general conditions, enter your telephone number, and confirm

 

Or

 

On https://services-store.citroen.fr/:

  • Select “Connect ONE Pack” then “Activate now”
  • Read the general conditions, enter your telephone number, and confirm

 

If you wish, you can now activate the Connect PLUS pack, or activate and use the services included in your Connect ONE pack.

2. Activate the Connect Plus pack

In the MyCitroën application:

 

  • In “Services to discover”, select “Discover” for the Connect PLUS pack
  • A window opens: select “Activate now”
  • Read the General Conditions of Use, enter your telephone number, and confirm

  • Select “Connect PLUS Pack” then “Activate now”
  • Read the General Conditions of Use, enter your telephone number, and confirm

Now is the time to activate and use the services included in your pack.

3. Renew the Connect Plus pack

Is your Connect PLUS pack expiring? You can subscribe.

In the MyCitroën application:

  • In the “My services” section, you can see the expiration date of your pack: select it
  • A window opens: choose your renewal offer: 1 month or 1 year
  • Select “Activate now”
  • Validate your basket

Activate a service

Prerequisites

First, you must download the MyCitroën application, create a MyCitroën account, connect MyCitroën to your vehicle, and activate your packs.

Services included in the Connect One pack, already activated

  • SOS Assistance: For peace of mind, benefit from rapid assistance in the event of an accident or breakdown, and follow the arrival of the tow truck in real time.
  • Mirror Screen: Display your mobile applications and content directly on your vehicle's dashboard.
  • Games: Take a break en route, and play games alone or with your passengers (learn more here).

Services included in the Connect One pack, to be activated separately

Remote maintenance:

 

We notify you when a connected service or maintenance alert indicates that your Citroën needs special attention. Likewise, we let you know when your vehicle is operating as it should, for worry-free driving.

If your vehicle is equipped with Citroën Connect Box, it is compatible with this connected service, free and included in your Connect ONE pack.

Simply go to the MyCitroën application, “My services” section, and activate the Remote maintenance service.​

We can then remotely activate your vehicle and begin providing you with this free service (this process may take up to 7 days).

 

E-maintenance log*:

Your vehicle documents, maintenance documents and invoices in digital version, up to date and always available: all past or future maintenance events are managed automatically. Once activated, we update this section for you with each workshop visit.

 

  1. On the home page of the MyCitroën application, under the section for this service, select “Discover” 

                    Or if you received an email offering this service, select “Subscribe”

  1. Select “Get Now,” then “Get”
  2. Read and accept the General Conditions of Use

Or you can request activation of this service from a Citroën dealership.

*Your vehicle must be equipped with Citroën Connect Box

Services included in the Connect Plus pack, already activated

  • Connected Navigation: Arrive at your destination on time, thanks to TomTom GPS and its real-time road information + danger zones.
  • Remote controls: Check if your vehicle is properly closed, close or open it, turn on the headlights or honk the horn with a simple touch on your smartphone.
  • E-Remote Controls: Check and control the charging of your electric vehicle, and for peace of mind, be alerted when the battery is full or charging is interrupted.​
  • Trip Planner: Plan your trip with complete peace of mind and view the locations of charging stations along your route (learn more here).
  • Connected Alarm: For peace of mind, monitor your car anytime, anywhere, and be informed in real time in the event of theft, even if you are not near your vehicle (learn more here) .

E-Routes*:

Benefit from premium navigation features: plan your trips including the best places to stop to recharge your vehicle, and drive with peace of mind when conditions change, with real-time updates. To subscribe, follow these steps:

  1. Activate or subscribe to the Connect PLUS pack
  2. On the home page of the MyCitroën application, select “Subscribe to E-Routes”
  3. In the “Vehicle” section, select “Services” > “E-Routes” > “Activate now”
  4. On the home page, select “Subscription is in progress” > “Get started”, then enter your phone number
  5. Enter the code you just received by SMS
  6. Connect MyCitroën to your vehicle (a tutorial video is available here)
  7. On your smartphone, in the Apple Store or Google Play depending on your OS, download the E-Routes application
  8. Open the E-Routes application and select the Citroën brand
  9. It's done ! You will receive a notification when activation is complete
